30-Day Guarantee (United States Only)
The only way to fully experience the performance of our product is to try them at your home/ office. With our 30-day guarantee, you can order our products, work with it and if you don't love it, we will take it back and give you the full refund.
Within the first 30 days from the actual delivered date at your address, you are eligible for return our product if you don’t like it for any reason. We will refund you the full amount you paid for your order. While we can't pay return shipping costs (relatively minor when in the original box), we don't charge restocking fees unless the product is damaged. All returns require An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, issued by our Customer Service Department. Please email us at email@example.com to discuss and obtain our Return Authorization Number. You must return the product in its original packaging. So please do not discard the original boxes and packaging materials if you believe you will be using your 30-day guarantee.
The RMA number needs to be clearly visible on the exterior of the packaging. Products must be returned within the 30-day guarantee period, and must be in like-new condition. We reserve the right to apply a reasonable (15%) restocking fee for any product not returned in like-new condition. While we want everyone to be happy at the end of every day, if the product is damaged (more than a minor scratch), altered, or abused we reserve the right to not accept a return. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Depending on location, we may possibly be able to deliver the product fully assembled for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss.
